As stated in section II.8 of the certificate, red lentils and chickpeas are also supplied in non-organic (conventional) form. Organic and conventional lots are physically segregated throughout storage and shipment.

Supplier Approval System
Every supplier is evaluated on origin, production method and analysis history. For organic lots we work exclusively with certified growers.

Lot-Level Traceability
A unique LOT number is assigned to every shipment. All records from field to container can be traced backwards.

Accredited Laboratory Analysis
Moisture, protein, aflatoxin, heavy metals, pesticide residue and foreign matter parameters are measured by independent laboratories before shipment.

Shipment File
Certificate of analysis (COA), certificate copy, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate accompany every shipment.
